Welcome to Southern Cross Design Studio. Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using our services. Your access to and use of our design and creative services are conditioned upon your acceptance of and compliance with these terms.

1. Services Provided

Southern Cross Design Studio specializes in Interior Design, Graphic Design, Branding and Identity, UX/UI Design, and Product Design. We strive to deliver high-quality creative services tailored to your needs.

2. Client Obligations

Clients agree to provide accurate and complete information necessary for the successful completion of projects. Timely communication and feedback are essential to maintain agreed-upon schedules.

3. Intellectual Property

All original materials and designs created by Southern Cross Design Studio remain our intellectual property until full payment has been received. Upon full payment, ownership rights of the final deliverables will transfer to the client as outlined in the project agreement.

3.1 Use of Materials

• Southern Cross Design Studio reserves the right to display work samples in our portfolio and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Payment Terms

Payment schedules, invoicing, and pricing will be detailed in the project proposal or contract. Payments must be made in accordance with the agreed terms. Late payments may result in project delays.

5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of the project and not to disclose such information to third parties without prior written consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

Southern Cross Design Studio will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or related to the use of our services. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for the specific project.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement by providing written notice. Upon termination, the client agrees to pay for all work completed up to the termination date. Any work completed but not fully paid for remains the property of Southern Cross Design Studio until payment is settled.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia.

9. Changes to Terms

Southern Cross Design Studio reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
